Keeping Children Warm: THE TEMBISAN
08 July 2016

"When we were approached by Rebekah van Rooyen to be a strategic sponsor for her as a Mrs South Africa contestant I immediately saw the relevance and value of support the drive to increase CANSA awareness especially in our community. Cancer awareness amongst black communities and townships is still relatively low and it’s only through creating widespread awareness of the disease that early detection and treatment can become a reality," says Rita Zwane, MD & Founder Imbizo Shisanyama.

"A child’s background is especially evident during the winter months’ and we at Imbizo Shisanyama Busy Corner believe that all children need to be kept warm during these cold months and looking the same. We would like to see our community children, warmed and wrapped up this winter and so through our newly launched ASIBAMBANENI NGEZANDLA drive we are encouraging those that have a lot, to share with those who struggling in our community so that all children feel a warm embrace this winter," concludes Rita.
