At BUSY CORNER Imbizo Shisanyama, we have seen some of the most famous artists perform live at our venues. They have joined us in celebrating our African heritage and culture in each of their unique ways. We have become synonymous as the Home of Legends seeing the likes of PJ Powers; Loyiso Bala, Unathi, Zahara, Don Laka, legendary DJ Wilson B.Nkosi, and countless others entertain our patrons with the best talent Africa has to offer.
Iconic Heritage Day Celebrations
Imbizo Shisanyama launched its Heritage Day celebrations at BUSY CORNER in 2002. Such was its success that it grew to more than 7 000 visitors in 2017 resulting in a change of venue the following year to the Rabie Ridge Stadium. More than 10 000 people joined in and were united in celebrating their diversity. Today, it attracts a who’s who of traditional singers, dancers, and performers.
